Cost of Services
There are no standard, gold, premium coaching options. I provide a single, high quality personal service based on your goals, physical needs and time to train. I generally cover the Portland and Salem areas but prefer to be within one hour of my clients; arrangements are made on ride location in advanced. The initial evaluation ride is done in McMinnville. Additionally you should anticipate some travel to the McMinnville area and I will travel to your training areas.
1. Set Up Fee-$85 This is a one-time fee to develop your personal file, set up training calendar, review and analysis of your questionnaire and goals, and conduct the initial evaluation ride.
2. Off-Road Period Training Typically during October-mid March (Standard Time) during short days. Fees are $85/month with 3 month minimum and monthly thereafter. Services include Bike Trainer exercises, Cross Training recommendations, core and strength exercises and yoga/stretching exercises. Includes one visit to your site to demonstrate exercises. Requires, therapy ball and a few simple weights.
3. On-Road Season Typically mid-March to October (Daylight Savings Time) Fees-$125/month with 3 month minimum throughout season for clients with heart rate/cadence tool. Power meter user fees are $155/month for 3 month periods and Training Peaks account for file sharing.
These fees include the following services:
- Initial consultation
- Assistance with goal setting process
- One and half hour evaluation ride
- Strengths-Weaknesses evaluation
- Initial Field Threshold testing and initial training zone recommendations
- Custom daily workout training plan for "On-Road Period"
- On bike nutritional guides
- Bike fit review if not professionally fitted within the last 5 years
- Unlimited weekly email contact, athlete initiated
- Monthly personal contact workout
- Analysis of training files for power meter users with weekly updates and trending.
After the initial 3 months of training plan development an athlete may discontinue service with 30 days pre-notice.
